A general practice in Bogenhausen. We see eighteen patients a day, not forty. Appointments are scheduled in 30-minute blocks. We read the chart before you come in. We answer the phone ourselves.
— Philosophy —
Dr. Marisa Lindgren opened the practice in 2014, after eight years at the Klinikum rechts der Isar, when the time available per patient kept getting shorter and the demand for nuance kept getting longer. The first principle of the practice is simple: schedule with margin.
We block 30 minutes for a standard consultation, 45 minutes for the annual check-up. Acute slots are held back until the morning of, so urgent matters do not have to wait three weeks. The phone is answered by Annika, not a menu. Test results are explained in plain German, with a copy by post if you ask.
We are a private practice. We accept GKV (statutory) patients in limited slots and PKV (private) patients across all hours.
