A brokerage of two partners, three associates, and a very small list.

Crest was founded in 2009 by Klara Mader and Léon Forster, previously of Sotheby's International. The premise was simple: a brokerage organised like a private bank, not a directory. Our list is short, our valuations are conservative, and our confidentiality is absolute.

Every property in our list is walked by a partner before it is accepted. We decline more assignments than we take. The result is a list small enough that we can answer specific questions about each address, by phone, from memory.
